Shipping and Handling

Shipping fees and delivery times
All shipping services used by A2ZANE.com provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. Days in the following table refer to business days. An additional 0-2 business day processing time is required.

Payments

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Pay Pal. If the billing or shipping information is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

Price Protection

If you find an item we carry elsewhere for a lower price we will match its price provided:
- you are able provide us with the name and phone number of the store and the URL of the website where you found the item displayed at a lower price
- the item is the same color and size
- the item is listed in the same currency
- the price being matched includes shipping and customs if applicable
- there is no coupon applied to the price being matched

Order Management

You may cancel or make changes to your order as long as the order has not been shipped. To do so, please contact us through the phone number or email shown on this page. You can view your order status by checking your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once the shipment is picked up.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to Quebec are subject to 5% GST and 7.5% PST on the purchase amount or a total sales tax of 12.875%.
Orders shipped to Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia are subject to 13% HST.
Orders shipped to other Canadian provinces or territories are only subject to 5% GST.

Customs

If orders are shipped outside Canada, you should consult the customs legislations of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.

Wrong address, non received items and returns

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.

Exchanges and Returns

Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 21 days of the package delivery date. The items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed and must have their original tags. Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days of the reception of the item at A2ZANE.com offices.
All returns and exchanges must be authorized by us prior to the return; you will need to contact us prior to proceeding with a return. You will be provided with return instructions along with a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.

International:
We do not accept returns from outside of Canada.
